Touching and caressing

jong stel in bed

Do you know where your partner’s sensitive spots are? You find this out by caressing your partner. Start doing it with your clothes on, taking them off one by one.

What are sensitive spots?

Sensitive spots are places on your body that turn you on when they’re touched. Another name for them is erogenous zones.

What's your technique?

  • Touch with your fingers and hand: stroke, squeeze, rub or pinch gently.
  • With the mouth and tongue: kiss, lick or bite gently.
  • Build it up: go from slow and gentle to harder and firmer.

Start by caressing

Start by kissing and gently stroking. Pay attention to the reaction: you’ll soon notice when you've hit a sensitive spot. Your partner may moan a little, breathe faster, blush or writhe about. You could also ask directly. Whisper in his or her ear: “Do you like this?” Then you'll hear if you're getting it right. Don't touch the breasts and genitals until you're sure that's what your partner wants.

Nipples

Nipples are extremely sensitive, in both men and women. Try things out with your partner. Start by stroking the chest. Move slowly towards the nipple. Rub gently across it or draw circles around it with your fingers or your tongue. If you notice this is turning your partner on, then carry on!
